Tara was awesome to work with. She went out of her way to find us the house we wanted. She was really flexible with showings and would look at any of them we found plus what she found also. I would guess we looked at 15-20 houses before finding the one we bought. She was always really quick to respond to questions, and we always felt like we had a really good line of communication with her. I am sure that we wouldn't have been able to buy this house unless Tara acted as fast as she did to show it to us, then help us through the contract/offers phase. She is not "high pressure" at all, but with this house she made it clear that there was Urgency if we wanted it (and we needed to be told this). Closing and final negotiations brought some interesting challenges that Tara powered through for us. This was our first home purchase and we were really happy to have Tara in our corner the whole time. If you want someone that will find you the right house and fight for you the whole way, pick her. Tara did an amazing job helping us find our dream home. She listened to our concerns and helped us get everything we asked for. She provided an extremely qualified inspector who pointed out what needed to be fixed in fine detail. She had all of our appointments set up (roof inspector, septic inspector, termite inspection). Tara was always available and responded quickly, whether it was for a meeting, a walk-through or an email late at night. She promptly got walk throughs scheduled after we gave her a list of homes we wanted to see. The lender she recommended helped us through the financing process with no hiccups. We are first time home buyers and we were able to enjoy this experience with Tara's help. Tara did a fantastic job and I would recommend her to any new home buyer. (less)
